We would love to see YOU at our group runs (or walks) each and every week. Whether you are running or walking with a group for the first time or it's your favorite activity, you are welcome. People who are just looking for a group activity or wanting to run or walk their first 5k and people who are running their 50th marathon are welcome. We train for 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons, trail runs and life!
